Terms of Service - User Guidelines

General Information
1. These Terms and Conditions are the official rules that are binding on all Customers - individuals that use the gogocase.net website (the “Website”), operated by Snaga LTD, duly registered under the laws of Cyprus (company number HE 424316) having its registered office at Riga Feraiou, 7-9 LIZANTIA COURT, Flat/Office 310 Agioi Omologites, 1087, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions shall come into force upon their publication on the Website.
Customer’s User Account
1. The Website can be provided to a person with a full legal capacity under the legislation of a country or a territory where such person resides, which usually means a person is required to be eighteen (18) years old.
2. No individual under the age of eighteen (18) may use the Website. If under legislation of a country or a territory, where an individual resides, it is required for such individual to be over this age to use the Website, the legislation of such country or territory shall apply.
3. You need a supported Web browser to access the Website. You acknowledge and agree that the Website may cease to support a given Web browser and that your continuous use of the Website will require you to download a supported Web browser. You also acknowledge and agree that the performance of the Website is incumbent on the performance of your computer equipment and your Internet connection.
4. You agree to register and sign in for the Websites through your Steam account provided by the Valve Corporation. You are solely responsible for managing your account and password and for keeping your password confidential. You are also solely responsible for restricting access to your account.
5. You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur on your account or through the use of your password by yourself or by other persons. If you believe that a third party has access to your password, use the password regeneration feature of the Website to obtain a new password as soon as possible. In all circumstances, you agree not to permit any third party to use or access the Website.
6. By topping up an amount to your gogocase.net account, you accept that the credits received (labeled by the -sign) are a limited use internal website credits to be spent exclusively on products and services presented on the website and are not worth real money and not subject to any refunds.
7. When topping up the account balance using game skins, the credited funds are subject to an 8-calendar-day holding period starting from the moment the items are successfully transferred to your gogocase.net account. This holding period is established in accordance with the current Steam trading rules and item transfer restrictions. By making a deposit using game skins, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to these terms by selecting the corresponding confirmation checkbox during the top-up process, which constitutes the user’s informed and voluntary acceptance of the applicable conditions.
8. The Website’s case pricing and item pools are based on internal valuation models that may not always reflect current external market prices. As a result, customers may receive items whose assigned internal value differs from their prevailing market value at the moment of opening the case. In such situations, the customer may obtain a game skin at the internal valuation applicable at the time of opening, even if its current market value has increased.
  If, at the time the customer initiates a withdrawal request, the current market value of the obtained game skin exceeds the value assigned within the case, we may, at our discretion, offer the customer a replacement game skin of comparable value that is available at the moment of the withdrawal request.
  If the market value of the originally obtained game skin subsequently decreases to the internal value assigned at the time of opening the case, the customer may withdraw that specific game skin in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
9. The withdrawal of game skins will be available only after you have refilled your balance on the site by making at least one bank card payment of a minimum of 2 in a single transaction. Deposits made with game skins do not count toward this requirement.
10. Due to the nature of the Website (the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium) after you refill the balance you thereby loss your right of withdrawal from the Website, however such right of withdrawal and corresponding refunds may be kept if envisaged by the applicable legislation. Every request for withdrawal shall be addressed to our support team via support button or via e-mail [email protected].
11. From time to time, we may add different events and/or additional services on our site with the specific credits with limited use for such events and/or additional services. Such credits may be given as an additional reward from your activities on our site, can be provided in different forms (currency, specific skins and/or characters) at our discretion, and shall not be considered as the gogocase.net Wallet credits. Giving you such credits shall not be deemed as the additional gogocase.net Wallet and we reserve the right to delete such credits and/or limit their use without any compensations.

13. “Provably fair” system allows the user to see the quality, price and percentage possibility to win each item by pressing the information button ⓘ on a skin card in the case containing section.
14. In case of unsuccessful upgrade attempt, the client is refunded 3% of the value of the relevant game skin.
15. Game skins are being automatically sold in 30 days if not withdrawn.
16. The transfer of game skins to the Customer’s Steam account is executed via third-party service providers engaged by the Company, which may fulfil such transfer through peer-topeer (“P2P”) marketplace mechanisms. Due to the operational specifics of such marketplaces, the original seller of the game skin may, at their discretion, initiate a return of the game skin pursuant to Steam’s applicable return rules, which currently permit the return of transferred items within eight (8) calendar days of delivery to the Customer’s Steam account.
Customer’s Obligations
1. As a condition to your use of the Website, you agree not to:
  - impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  - access, tamper with, or use any non-public areas of the Website or its computer systems;
  - attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or any related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures used in connection with the Website and such systems and networks;
  - attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise investigate any of the software or components used to provide the Website;
  - harm or threaten to harm other users in any way or interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Website;
  - provide payment information belonging to a third party;
  - use the Website in an abusive way contrary to its intended use, to gogocase.net policies and instructions and to any applicable law;
  - systematically retrieve data or other content from the Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection, compilation, database, directory or the like, whether by manual methods, through the use of bots, crawlers, or spiders, or otherwise;
  - make use of the Website in a manner contrary to the terms and conditions under which third parties provide facilities and technology necessary for the operation of the Website, such as G2A or Valve;
  - infringe third party intellectual property rights when using or accessing the Website, including but not limited to in making available virtual items by using the Website;
  - make use of, promote, link to or provide access to materials deemed by gogocase.net at its sole discretion to be offensive or cause harm to gogocase.net reputation, including, but not limited to, illegal content and pornographic content and content deemed offensive or injurious to gogocase.net and/or the Website (such as Warez sites, IRC bots and torrent sites).
2. In the event of discrepancies between the actual and intended drops, you shall not use such case until you receive notification of the elimination of such discrepancies. You also agree to notify us about such discrepancies in drop immediately after noticing it via support. Using the Websites after discovering such discrepancies and/or without notification shall be deemed as the use of the Website in an abusive way contrary to its intended use.

1. Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
2. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that gogocase.net will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

No warranties
1. The Website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. gogocase.net makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, the Company does not warrant that: this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading. Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.
2. Avoid websites that are looking like they are owned or controlled by the Company - we don't have any affiliate sites.
  The Company may from time to time cooperate with official partners or affiliates. Any such partners will be explicitly identified on the Website.

4. Everyone pretending to be "administrator", "moderator" or "trade bot" of gogocase.net is a scammer - we will never send you screenshots of our control panel or add you on Steam for purposes of trading your items.
Affiliation
1. We are in NO WAY affiliated with or endorsed by the Valve corporation, Counter-Strike 2, Steam or any other trademarks of the Valve corporation.
Referral codes
1. The unauthorized use of proprietary referral codes issued specifically to particular individuals (e.g. content creators, bloggers, media stars, professional e-sports players, the “Proprietary Referrals”), as well as any referral codes made up to resemble the Proprietary Referrals and mislead the audience or have domain names of Counter-Strike 2 websites in them (the “Misleading Referrals”) is forbidden. The infringers will not be allowed to benefit from or make us of any bonuses accruing from the use of such Proprietary Referrals.
Personal data

Bonuses
1. Bonuses are provided at out discretion and may include promotional credits, cashback, promo codes, referral bonuses or any other type of promotional reward.

3. Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may only be used on the account of the Customer who received the bonus. Any attempt to transfer, exchange, sell, or share bonuses, bonus funds, promo codes, or bonus links is strictly prohibited.
4. Abuse of bonuses is not permitted. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
  - using multiple accounts or creating duplicate accounts to obtain bonuses;
  - fraudulent activity or manipulating game mechanics to extract bonus value.
5. The Company reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any bonus, as well as:
  - block or suspend accounts involved in bonus abuse or fraud;
  - confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from such activity;
  - require verification or KYC confirmation before releasing any bonus-related winnings.
Giveaways
1. From time to time we may organize giveaways, either personally or via third parties, according to terms and conditions announced with regard to such giveaways respectively. We may amend the terms and conditions, as well as to cancel any giveaway, if necessary at our sole discretion.
2. In case such giveaway is organized by a third party, notwithstanding a possible use of our Site therein, we shall not be liable for inappropriate organization thereof.

3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are treated differently you agree it shall be treated according to our initial intentions.

Termination
1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
2. We will terminate or suspend access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for accounts impersonating our staff members (e.g. “administrator”, “moderator”).
3. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.
4. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
5. Using multiple accounts for any purposes on the Website is strictly forbidden and might lead to a termination of all accounts without notice.
6. We may temporarily restrict access to our Website of users who have used multiple bank cards to refill their balance for a quick security check through our Support team.
7. Using strong language or acting disrespectful and rude in a conversation with a support agent is forbidden and might lead to a termination without notice.

Limitation of Liability

2. To the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, regardless of the cause of actions (whether in contact, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not exceed 100 EUR.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
