How to top up the account?

How to register?

To create or use your own account, you need a Steam account.

Press the «Sign in with Steam» button in the top right corner of the page and log in with your Steam account. After that, you will be automatically redirected to your Go:Go:Case account.

I replenished the account, but the funds did not arrive, why?
If the money has not been received within an hour, contact support and provide the payment details from your banking app.
How to use a promo code?
To use a promo code, go to the account replenishment page and enter it in the appropriate «Promo code» field.
What if the item hasn't arrived or you can't pick it up?

Go to your profile and click on the «Collect» link on the item you are interested in. If the item is not displayed, please contact the support service.

Steam balance does not apply to Go:Go:Case. You need to replenish the balance separately.
How to withdraw an item to another account?
Withdrawal of items is available only to the account on which the cases were opened. It is impossible to withdraw items to another account.
How to sell or withdraw an item from the site?

In the profile, on the image of the skin, you need to select the action you decided to do.

«Sell item» - sale of an item on the site, and immediate receipt of the amount of its value on the balance.

«Pick up an item» - the system will generate a purchase request, and then send you the selected item.

It is impossible to withdraw the balance to a bank card.

How to return a sold item?
If you have already sold your item, it cannot be returned.
What are «Contracts»?
Contracts allow you to exchange several skins for one, which can be more expensive with a certain chance of its drop. To do this, go to the Contracts page, select from 3 to 10 items that you want to use in the contract, and click the «Create Contract» button.
What are «Upgrades»?
With upgrades, you can upgrade your skins to rarer and more expensive skins. To do this, go to the Upgrade page, specify the balance or select the item you want to improve, select the desired skin and click the «Upgrade» button.
The skin I won is cheaper/more expensive on Steam than with you. Why?

This is uncommon but can happen. Since we purchase items not from Steam but from item marketplaces, our prices may differ slightly from Steam’s.
